Simple tasks like running to the shop for a packet of biscuits are suddenly arduous tasks involving face masks, social distancing and hand washing. A year of living through a pandemic and its associated stresses has left us zapped of energy, feeling lethargic, overwhelmed, anxious and struggling to focus.
