Best Interest, Deprivation of Liberty, Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1995, and the Human Rights Act 1998
A knowledge and commitment to Making Safeguarding Personal and promoting the welfare of children, young people and/or vulnerable adults

Excellent risk assessment skills for safeguarding work, care planning, prioritisation of workloads and project management
Knowledge and experience of safeguarding adults procedure
A good working knowledge of positive risk taking, risk assessment/management and safeguarding adults
