PE Global are currently working with a leading tier 1 main contractor to based in Northern Ireland. We are currently looking to recruiting for a Site Administrator on a new civil engineering project located in Co. Down.

 

Your mission

  • Process and code cost data from delivery notes, dockets and timesheets
  • Enter cost and other information into the Company’s accounting database
  • Interact with project staff to ensure accuracy of information
  • Support the site based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in the head office and on site
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details
  • Other adhoc duties as required

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within the Construction Industry as a Site Clerk or within HR, Administration, Compliance or Audit background strongly desirable
  • Proven data entry/administration experience required
  • Proficient in MS Office packages is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and presentation) skills
  • Ability to are liaise professionally across all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively across multiple lines of business and support functions
  • Strong time management skills
