PE Global is excited to announce our partnership with a prominent data centre delivery partner in the search for an Electrical Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Sweden. This role is available on a rotational basis. 

About the Company:

Our client is a dedicated data centre delivery partner with headquarters in Dublin and a strong presence throughout Europe. Specializing in turnkey data centre solutions, they offer comprehensive services encompassing design, construction, and a full spectrum of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical services, including commissioning.

Project Overview:

The organization is currently engaged in the construction of multiple turnkey data centre projects across nine European countries, totalling over 311MW of IT load in progress.

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Supervisor on a large data centre project, your role will include overseeing OFCI activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding design specifications, drawings, program sequences, and quality requirements to plan project scope.
  • Leading and coordinating weekly meetings with OFCI vendors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Attending client OFCI meetings, providing updates on your package, and addressing issues and risks.
  • Developing schedules for OFCI works in coordination with the project controls team.
  • Collaborating with the in-house BIM team to develop BIM drawings and ensure coordination with construction requirements.
  • Supervising subcontractor works and ensuring compliance with regulations, standard installation details, and project requirements.
  • Following environmental, health, and safety standards and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients to resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Managing document submission processes throughout various project stages.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in a supervisor capacity with an M&E contractor.
  • Trade qualified or engineering background.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
