Clinical Nurse Manager 3

PE Global Healthcare are assisting their client, an established acute hospital in Cork, to recruit for clinical nurse manger 3. 

Responsibilities of the clinical nurse manager 3

• Manage a team to provide high quality patient care
• Promote best practice nursing care
• Provide clinical expertise to the inter disciplinary team
• Facilitate the team to achieve Critical Success Factors developed by the department
• Encourage openness and participation through effective communication.  
• Professional Development  

Candidate Requirements

• Current registration with NMBI
• Patient Safety and hospital quality experience
• Minimum of 5 years people management experience
• 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience.Management Qualification essential.
• ACLS course completed, or be willing to undertake
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
