United Kingdom & Northern Ireland Healthcare

Supplier of Healthcare Professionals

PE Global Healthcare, a division of PE Global, specialises in providing a wide range of medical personnel to healthcare facilities globally, including the UK and Northern Ireland.

Our offerings include Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Allied Health Professionals (AHP), Healthcare Assistants (HCA), Social Care Workers (SCW), as well as various ancillary positions, including Hospital Management roles and HR Professionals. We serve hospitals not only in the UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland but also extend our services to Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and Far Eastern territories.

At PE Global Healthcare we pride ourselves on the success we have in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals.

What sets PE Global Healthcare apart is our in-depth understanding of the workforce requirements and solutions unique to the healthcare industry. This knowledge is a result of the expertise and experience of our dedicated team of recruiters, who collectively possess decades of experience in the field. Our team’s fundamental experience includes working closely with major hospitals, providing us with a comprehensive grasp of the ethical standards, criteria, visa requirements, and medical qualifications specific to the UK and Northern Ireland.

In 2016, we were awarded a place on the National Clinical Staffing Framework for the NHS, a recognition of the high-quality service we offer. This framework, developed for the NHS by the NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership, allows us to supply temporary staff to clinical positions within the NHS. Our inclusion in this framework followed a successful independent audit of our services, confirming our ability to provide qualified clinical staff capable of delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to government-mandated pay caps.  These pay caps have been introduced to help the NHS control spiralling agency staffing costs.

Keith McDonagh, MD, PE Global Healthcare said “We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the National Clinical Staffing Framework. We understand the challenges being faced by the NHS and are keen to help the NHS to provide quality patient care.”

In 2020, we were invited to join the Workforce Alliance NHS Framework, covering Nursing & Midwifery, Locum Doctors, and Social Care.  This is a 3-year contract with a possible extension of a further 12 months. This framework, created by the merger of London Procurement Partnership (LPP) and Crown Commercial Services (CSS), represents the largest valued Framework issued by the NHS to date and is the largest NHS procurement department.

One of our key strengths lies in the global presence of our Recruitment Professionals, spanning North America, Europe, the Middle & Far East, and Australasia. This global network allows us to source healthcare professionals from around the world and stay up-to-date with legislative changes in various regions.

Our expertise has been honed through the recruitment of essential personnel for both public and private healthcare providers. We have also managed large-scale recruitment projects on behalf of leading healthcare providers across diverse specialties.

Our dedication to quality service is exemplified by our achievement of a Platinum Standard Rating on Neuven Audit Solutions’ recent HealthTrust-Total Workforce Solutions Med Locum Framework audit.
