Shift Supervisor – Production

PE Global is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to lead daily plant operations for our client. The successful candidate will drive production targets, ensure product quality, and enforce health and safety standards. Responsibilities include team management, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and strict audit compliance.

The core responsibilities are structured around key operational areas:

1. People Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop large teams of production and maintenance operators.
• Manage shift performance, conduct regular workgroup meetings, and maintain training records.
• Actively manage payroll, colleague performance, and team development.

1. Production & Operations

• Work with site planning to fulfil production plans regarding throughput, efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Complete system requirements (like Oracle) to ensure accurate financial data and inventory tracking.
• Monitor yield and ingredient usage to identify and address any deviations.

1. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Right First Time (RFT), hygiene, incident reporting, and technical standards.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment within your span of control.
• Support facility audits and customer visits, resolving any issues.

1. Health, Safety & Environment

• Promote a proactive safety culture and monitor adherence to all EHS standards.
• Report and investigate site incidents, including environmental and hydraulic loading incidents
