EHS Manager

PE Global is recruiting for an EHS Manager on behalf of our food industry client in Dublin. This is an initial 10-month contract role.

Some of the key accountabilities are:

● Strategy – Crafting and implementing a site-wide plan for the EH&S vision

● Compliance – Good working knowledge of ISO accreditations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), IPPC License & other relevant EH&S legislation

● Culture – Instilling an intrinsic link between EH&S and the day-to-day activities across the site and team

● People Management – Directly mentor the EH&S coordinator, and by influencing effectively, work through others

● Collaboration – Engagement with the Global EH&S community, sharing learning and best practice – staying ahead of the curve

About You

To be successful in this role you will have significant operational Environmental, Health & Safety leadership experience and a track record in a world-class FMCG production / manufacturing environment.

● EH&S experience within a process manufacturing environment

● Happy to flex between independent reliance and wider team working

● Strong influencer – able to work through others not within your direct report group

● Data driven decision making

● Strong interpersonal communicator, across internal and external stakeholder groups
